Good morning, Veronique. A happy birthday shout to you from northern California. I hope your celebration lasts the whole year ahead. I want to try different techniques, media and materials, especially when I need to break out of encumbering routines and patterns. I like looking at your work for inspiration, though I have yet to produce a collage with which I'm satisfied. This collage portrait of your daughter is very visually appealing and sensitive. It "works" somehow, and I have quite figured out why and how. Anyway, in the meantime I'll simply enjoy it. Thank you for sharing your vision, technique and style.
